Jennifer Carroll’s journey in healthcare began at just 18 years old, working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a residential facility. Over the years, her dedication to helping others led her to earn multiple certifications — including Medical Billing and Coding, Certified Medical Assistant, and Certified Medical Office Manager — as she steadily advanced through every layer of clinical and administrative care.
Before joining Medici, Jennifer also spent five years as a veterinary technician and eventually rose to become the technical director of a chiropractic practice. It was there she met Dr. Sonny Dosanjh, which sparked a pivotal transition. In February 2015, Jennifer officially joined the Medici family, bringing with her years of expertise and an unwavering heart for service.
As Operations Director, Jennifer oversees all daily aspects of the Medici practice and surgery center — including patient care coordination, medical billing, team management, and logistical strategy. She thrives on solving complex problems, streamlining workflows, and ensuring patients experience seamless, compassionate care at every step.
She emphasizes the importance of treating patients comprehensively, focusing on addressing root causes rather than merely alleviating symptoms. Jennifer believes in open communication with patients, ensuring they are informed and involved in their care plans.

One of the most rewarding parts of Jennifer’s job is seeing patients rediscover hope. She recalls a woman who came to Medici in debilitating pain, unsure if she'd ever return to her normal life. Through a personalized combination of hyperbaric therapy and interventional treatments, that patient made a remarkable turnaround — a reminder that when we treat the whole person, healing happens.
Jennifer’s passion lies in giving people their livesback, and in never settling for “quick fixes” when long-term solutions are possible.
When she’s not managing operations, Jennifer is deeply involved in her church’s youth group, where she helps guide and mentor the next generation. She’s a first-degree black belt in Taekwondo, a lifelong reader, and proud dog mom to three beloved doodles.
