Nickie Roland didn’t start in healthcare — but she’s helped redefine it at Medici. After years as a stay-at-home mom and military spouse, Nickie brought her administrative savvy and passion for people into the world of pain management. Starting at the front desk, she immersed herself in every layer of Medici’s operations — and grew into her current role as Director of Business Development.
With an MBA in Business Administration and over five years at Medici, Nickie now helps expand the practice’s reach through provider relationships, marketing, and strategic growth initiatives. Her deep understanding of both the patient journey and clinical operations makes her uniquely effective in bridging the gap between referring providers, new patients, and Medici’s internal team.
You’ll typically find Nickie based out of the Kennesaw location, but her role often takes her across all Medici clinics and ambulatory surgery centers — making sure every corner of the Medici network reflects the same care, clarity, and compassion.
